True For Two - Community guidelines
Our Mission
Our purpose - help people find marriage or serious relationships. We aim to create an environment where all members are confident that their intentions align. We do not admit individuals seeking other types of relationships into our community.
Account Eligibility & Integrity
Eligibility: Only users who are single, widowed, divorced, or legally separated are permitted to join the community.
Age Requirement: By registering, the user confirms they are at least 18 years old. We reserve the right to request age verification.
One Account Per Person: Each individual may only have one account. An account may only be used by one person. Access by multiple people to a single account is prohibited. If we discover multiple accounts created by the same person, all of them may be blocked. A user may be denied registration of new accounts.
No Impersonation: It is forbidden to impersonate employees or representatives of the service. Using similar names, photos, or communication styles to mislead others is also prohibited.
Profile Guidelines
Honesty: Users must provide accurate information about themselves in their profile. The presence of knowingly false or misleading information, including impersonating another person, is grounds for account suspension.
Real Name: You must use the name you are known by in real life.
Photo Requirements:
You must only use photographs that feature yourself with face clearly visible.
Your main profile photo must feature only you.
You may use photos where other people are present, but these cannot constitute the majority of your profile's photos.
Photos must provide a realistic representation of the user. The use of excessive filters that significantly alter one's appearance is not permitted.
Images created with AI are not permitted. This includes images of the user created with AI photo editors.
Using deepfake technology or other methods to imitate another person is forbidden.
Photos of minors are not permitted.
Sexualized content, including nudity, is not permitted.
Images containing only or predominantly text are not allowed.
Personal Information:
Posting contact information (phone number, email, social media links) or other personal information, including financial details, is not allowed.
Hyperlinks are not permitted.
Communication Rules
Respect and Kindness: We insist on respectful and friendly communication. Threats, insults, aggressive behavior, profanity, discriminatory remarks, and any similar type of communication are forbidden.
Consent:
Sexualized content may only be sent with the other party's consent. You must obtain explicit consent before sending content of this nature.
Harassment, including sexual harassment, can be grounds for account suspension.
Privacy:
We expect users to respect the privacy of others. Disclosing information obtained in a private conversation without the other party's permission is prohibited.
Everything within the communication between two users must remain within that communication. You may not share its contents, in whole or in part, with anyone.
Prohibited Activities:
Sending sexualized content in exchange for any kind of compensation is prohibited.
Soliciting money or gifts is prohibited.
Advertising or offering goods and services, including for charity, is forbidden.
Mass messaging (spam) is prohibited.
Messages that are off-topic, nonsensical, or intended to annoy the recipient are forbidden.
Sharing Contact Information:
We do not prohibit users from exchanging contact information if the purpose is to continue getting to know each other outside the platform (e.g., to arrange a date).
We reserve the right to take action if contact details are requested for other purposes.
Prohibited Content & Behavior
The following content and behavior are strictly forbidden in all parts of the product, including profiles, communications, video calls, and audio messages:
Illegal Content: Any content that violates the law is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to:
Content depicting violence or encouraging real-world violence, including terrorism.
Content that calls for violence, discrimination, humiliation, or hostility towards individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, disability, age, nationality, veteran status, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, or any other characteristic.
Content related to child exploitation. There is an absolute intolerance for sexually explicit materials involving children (minors).
Content related to the purchase, sale, supply, distribution, or promotion thereof of illegal substances and/or the misuse of controlled goods and substances.
Harmful Content:
Any content that threatens, intimidates, or harasses other users, and any form of emotional abuse.
Content that promotes self-harm and suicide.
Content that infringes on copyright or trademarks.
Content that violates another person's privacy.
Malicious and Deceptive Content:
Content distributed for fraudulent purposes.
Viruses and malicious code.
Intentionally misleading other users regarding your intentions, social standing, marital status, or other significant aspects of a relationship.
Enforcement & Safety
Monitoring: We reserve the right to access user communications to ensure the safety of all parties involved. We may also interrupt a conversation if we suspect one party of fraudulent or other malicious activities towards the other.
Consequences: Violation of the rules may serve as grounds for account suspension. We strive to apply sanctions that are commensurate with the violation.
Off-Platform Behavior: We are not responsible for communication that occurs outside the platform. However, we may take action if we become aware of a user's harmful off-platform behavior that violates the spirit or letter of our rules (e.g., stalking, deception, aggression).
Legal Action: In the event of unlawful actions by a user, we will report them to the appropriate law enforcement authorities
